When Springwood Land Corporation proposed the new Cornerstone Shopping Centre in Olds, we knew we had to join them.

Leaside has always strived to build projects near amenities and conveniences, so when the mall developers had additional space for residential housing, we were in!

The $80 million - 28 acre shopping centre, comprises over 300,000 sq ft. and includes Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, Sobeys, Staples, Dollarama, BMO, Reitmans, Warehouse One, Stitches, Easyhome, Lammle's Western Wear, Castle Building Supplies, Shell, Lubex, IRIS Optical, Tim Hortons, Liquor Depot and many others.
