When Springwood Land Corporation proposed the new Cornerstone Shopping Centre in Olds, we knew we had to join them.
Leaside has always strived to build projects near amenities and conveniences, so when the mall developers had additional space for residential housing, we were in!
Imagine living in a brand new community, but being able to walk to the mall. Employers, employees and residents have the opportunity to walk to work or shop. When you wish to drive, you won't have to worry about traffic, because you are just going next door. It just doesn't get any easier.
Phase 1 of the new $50million + mall, includes 275,000 sq. ft. of commercial space with Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, Sobey's, Leos Building Supplies, Lube X, Lammle's Western Wear, Mark's Work Warehouse, Ramada Inn and Shell Service Station. There will also be several spaces for a mix of fashion, food and service retailers. |
